Getting Started in Build and Kill Zombies

Build and Kill Zombies is a Roblox sandbox released on 19 August 2026 by the Zombie Car Crusher group. You are not delivering bricks to numbered checkpoints. You are building a kart on a lobby pad, pressing DRIVE, and converting green zombies into cash until a boss timer hits zero. This page is the first hour: HUD literacy, free rewards, and a starter Drive that does not waste the wallet you just claimed.

If you already know the left-stack icons, skip to how to build a car. If you only wanted codes, go to the Codes Hub. Everyone else should stay here through the first save.

The lobby pad

You spawn on a white stud platform. A starter four-wheel kart sits with you. Around the pad:

• A wooden Car Builder stall
• A gold FREE CHEST
• Car Parts and Support stands with hanging signs
• A checkered strip that marks the start of the grass track
• Palm trees, a suburban house, and a billboard that may read ADMIN ABUSE with a multi-day countdown
• A red NEXT BOSS IN label on the right (often 30–40 minutes when you join)

The left stack is six tiles: SHOP, SAVES, INDEX, SKILLS, SETTINGS, Co-Op. The bottom center is BUILD with a hammer and the B key. The top center is a green DRIVE button with F. Lower left shows a green coin (often 0) and a bill stack (starter cash is usually in the low hundreds). Lower right shows two boost pips at +0% until you own turbo or event buffs.

First ten minutes

1. Walk into FREE CHEST.
2. Like the experience and join Zombie Car Crusher, then claim the group chest.
3. Open Exclusive Shop and redeem anything live on the Codes Hub.
4. Press B. Snap a heavy front piece onto the starter kart — a plow or spike roller if Car Parts has one, extra wheels if not.
5. Open Saves and write the kart down. Crashes happen.
6. Press F. Drive in a straight line over the checkered strip. Ram zombies. Watch Distance and studs/s.
7. When the chassis HP on a brick drops into the red (the HUD can show 92% on a damaged block), turn back or let it die. Cash already earned stays.
8. Spend on Car Parts, not on the 499 Robux pack, unless you are skipping the farm on purpose.

What “winning” looks like on day one

You do not unlock a numbered checkpoint. You unlock a kart that can finish a longer Distance without snapping, a Skills purchase that actually fires, and enough cash to reroll Car Parts. A 10 studs/s starter Drive is normal. If the speedometer sits in the green and zombies ragdoll off the plow, you are doing it right.

The Index tile is a collection / catalog, not a combat button. Settings is sensitivity and audio. Co-Op flags that this is an online game with up to five people on the pad — invite a friend before a boss window if you want extra rams on the same horde.

Mistakes that eat the first hour

• Building a tall, narrow stack with no front armor. Zombies hit the seat and you pop.
• Driving before Saves. A disconnect wipes an unsaved plow.
• Spending the group chest on Supports rolls before the kart can finish a short loop.
• Waiting the full boss timer with a starter buggy. Farm short loops instead; see how to farm cash.
• Copying a build from Build a Car to Kill Zombies. Fuel tanks and delivery bricks do not exist here.

After the first save

Read controls so F/B stop feeling accidental. Read skills before you click the green Skills tile. Check updates if Admin Abuse is on the billboard. When the red timer is low, switch to the boss guide.

The game is free to play. Robux packs (50K for 499, 100K for 999) exist for people who hate farming. They are not required to follow any guide on this wiki. Online co-op is available from the first session; use it or ignore it, but do not assume the place is solo-only.
